Welcome to Eat Pizza. By placing an order through our website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2.⁠ ⁠Ordering
• Orders can be placed online for collection or delivery (where available).
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended. Please double-check your order before payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion (e.g. in cases of suspected fraud or delivery issues).

3.⁠ ⁠Prices & Payment
• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT.
• Payment must be made online at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4.⁠ ⁠Allergens & Dietary Requirements
• While we take great care, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely allergen-free due to the risk of cross-contamination.
• Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request.

5.⁠ ⁠Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates only. We aim to deliver promptly but cannot guarantee exact times, especially during peak hours.
• If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, we may not be able to issue a refund.

🍕 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order, provided preparation has not started.
• To cancel, please call us directly as soon as possible.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds
• Refunds will only be issued if:
• There is an issue with the quality of the food.
• The wrong items were delivered.
• The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order time.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3.⁠ ⁠No Refunds For:
• Customer error in the order.
• Change of mind after food has been prepared or dispatched.
• Delays due to traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances.
